Shipping Policy

Our shipping criteria are having the following important points:
1-Every product is having different criteria of shipment, we provide FREE SHIPPING on our most of products.
2- The order of the valued customer will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Please Note: The items that are in stock will be shipped on same day.
3- The Standard Delivery Time is 3-5 working days.
4-After the order is placed, the customer’s will get an order verification call or email. After the verification of your order, it will be dispatched in 24 hours.

Return Policy

1- Jewellery Design gives you up to 7 Days Return facility.
2- The items returned should be unused and undamaged. The items should be in their original purchase condition.
3- If there is any seal on the products, then it should be intact. The item should be returned in the original condition including product box.
4-The item should not be used.
5-The item should have all packaging and accessories.
Jewelery Design is not liable to replace or exchange a product if it is used or damaged. If product has been found used or damaged, then it will not be replaced or returned. Moreover, the cost of re-shipping of the item will be paid by the customer. The customer is liable to send the product back in its original packing as received. Shipping cost will be given by the customer.
